We are looking for qualified candidates for internship positions within our Johnson & Johnson operating companies, in the Consumer business segments. This formal and structured professional practicum may include pre-assigned projects and other departmental responsibilities in Sales, Marketing. Interns report to management supervisors and have opportunities to present key project findings and recommendations to business leaders. These and many other program features are collectively designed to provide a great Experience, Exposure, Environment and Education that challenge and develop students personally and professionally.

Become J&J Program
Purpose: According to business needs and goals, build a strong talent pipeline from undergraduate students as principal feeder for trainees and full time opportunities

Candidates for the Become J&J Program must be:
· Enrolled in an Bachelor accredited degree program
· Fluent in English and Spanish
· Legally authorized to work permanently (i.e. without time limitations, without restrictions or without need for work sponsorship) in Colombia
· Proven academic record
· Leadership skills
· Office skills
· Recognitions and awards
· Participation in groups and activities
· No previous experience required
