Job Description:


Provides for the receipt, acknowledgement and fulfillment of requests for services quotations trough Sales Force cases. Provides for the input of the service request, creates supporting documentation, fulfillment of interim/final deliverables (SOW, service briefs, LOE, EDGE collateral and pricing). Performs all activities required to complete the service request.

This includes: validate scope of services, input and parameterize EDGE tool, calculate services Effort with corporate tools. End to end case ownership for any services request assigned to the representative.


  • Responsible for the creation of Statement of Work (SOW) and services Level of Effort content developed upon SE and customer requirements and system architecture. Maintains and submits clear and concise activity/progress/time recording of cases to TSS local Management, ASQC and internal customers.

  • Participates with other peers on validation and deployment of technical-related standards pertaining to ASQC processes.

  • Uses knowledge of technology, products, processes and organization tools to assess and produce deliverables and quotes for Custom engagement and Level1 validation ASQC services

  • Fulfills the SLAs and metrics of the ASQC organization

  • Collaborate with SEs and other roles in the organization to create Quote and Scope required for all services quotes

  • Stays abreast of current industry trends and new technology through professional associations, trade journals, networking, and associated training and seminars.

  • Articulates the scope of the EMC Solutions and EMC Services in quotations.

  • Ensures a strong and seamless relationship by maintaining communications about the case/proposal with internal customers and delivery personnel.


· Command of EMC core and high end products (Symmetrix/DMX/VMAX, Replication, Migration tools, Recover Point also VNX/Unity).

· Experience in Design, Architecture and Implementation of EMC products.

· Good communications skills.

· Customer facing work experience

· Analytical skills.

· Understanding of estimation concepts

· Knowledge of English language.
