E2R Product Marketing Manager role is to lead across SBUs, the new product developments fostering the

interaction of the Marketing, Sales and Engineering teams. This role shall demonstrate innovation, product differentiation and execution in the product roadmap by smart use of technology and market data, the role shall also demonstrate thought leadership across Honeywell in one or more SBUs and takes ownership for identification of new opportunities and coaching cross functional teams in order to decide to accept or reject MLC / NPI requests based on professional business cases that give a clear understanding of the technical feasibility, financial profitability, market trends and competitors differentiation to generate growth.

The Product Marketing Manager will be a high energy, results driven individual who will be responsible to collect, deploy the main product ideas that need to be developed specially focused in CSAR mid-segment, involving Marketing, Commercial and Engineering teams to execute an MOS that generates a product roadmap that helps Honeywell to implement connected solutions mainly focused in the local market needs.

Tracks the product rollout to ensure the commercial launch is according to the market segmentation defined in the business case to get the Return on Investment necessary to create profitable long term product life cycle.

E2R for product management Roles & Responsibilities

Be the focal point for E2R in CSAR. Complete review of existing portfolio. Local market needs, profitable growth opportunities and Honeywell product gaps. Consolidate & prioritize VOC and build compelling, high quality business casesThat would include but not limited to: competition analysis, pricing, opportunity size, supply chain arrangements, trainings, channel reviews, channel development, rollout plans & promotions, etc.Ensure that we obtain complete endorsement, inclusion & alignment with SBU STRAP & roadmaps. Focus on growth and execution. Own MOS to monitor progress from business case submission all the way to successful market rollout. Coordinate PAC and HTS engagement.Monitor new E2R product portfolio performance vs AOP and business cases

Bachelor’s degree required in finance, engineering, economics or industrial marketing.

Strong preference for engineering/technology background with excellent analytical skills

Minimum 5 years product marketing experience

Proven success leading marketing opportunities in diverse technology and/or manufacturing driven industries.

Fluent in speaking and writing in English


MBA or similar preferred.Self-starter.

Excellent project management skills.

Ability to forge solid relationships and manage across a broad and geographically dispersed business.

Proven capacity to be effective in a complex global business environment.

Ability to remain calm, focused and efficient under pressure.

Organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Demonstrated analytical, business planning and problem solving skills.

Ability to identify issues, requirements and opportunities for improvement.

Proven track record of working in a channel sales environment
