  • The Technical Project Manager is responsible for planning, * organising * and managing Core Network Implementation, Multi Vendor Interface Verification Testing and System Acceptance Testing in the customer project from tendering phase to actual implementation * .

Main Roles and Responsibilities

    1. Core Network Implementation *

Plan and manage core network implementation and be the primary technical interface to Customer throughout implementation phase:

  • Produce core network implementation plan including schedule, tasks, milestones and needed resources

  • Manage resources during core network deployment

  • Progress reporting and quality management

    1. System Acceptance *

Manage System acceptance testing in order to obtain customer acceptance:

  • Define acceptance procedure and criteria

  • Plan and manage acceptance testing

  • Plan and manage resources for testing

  • Produce progress follow-up reports including Final Report - Organize review meetings with customer and project team

3.Multi Vendor Interface Verification (MVIV) Service

  • *

Responsible for management of Multivendor Interface Verification Testing:

  • Define MVIV scope for the project (test network description, scope statements, assumptions, constraints)

  • Produce MVIV test plan and schedule

  • Plan and manage resources

  • MVIV execution management

  • Produce progress follow-up reports including Final Report

  • Organize review meetings with customer, vendors and project team

    1. Fault and Configuration Management *

Responsible to organise project Fault and Configuration Management:

  • Organise project fault management via valid tools and processes

  • Fault status and progress follow-up and review meetings

  • Management of problem solving and escalation situations

  • Network SW and HW configuration management

  • Planning and management of SW/HW upgrades and updates

  • Licence Key management

    1. Integration Process *

Set up project integration process with Network Planning, Site Engineering and Customer.

  • Management of Integration process

  • Remote integration planning and coordination
