Handover of new subcontractor / new teams to project team - scope, acceptance, payment milestones, KPI explain to project team what has been contractually agreed with the service supplier
Supplier onboarding - control that supplier induction has been performed and provide content for PO, payment, change and claim management process induction. Support to perform root cause analyzes with preventive and corrective actions with subcontractor
Subcontractor demand planning - review subcon performance and support roll out management with subcon allocation, communicate to subcontractors new demand
Competence and performance management - support project team to review that minimum competence level with H&S is reached by technicians before they are assigned to sites (LTW control ) - support in performance and escalations management
Participate for monthly meeting with subcontractor to review supplier performance, E2E PO process and change/claim management and demand planning
Review performance and KPI vs. contract and if penalties or bonus can be applied to subcontractor
Review that all dependencies has been closed to close the contract
Control that E2E PO process is executed without dependencies e.g. sites implemented vs. IA/GR and invoicing/payments
Support implementation of change and claim management process and establish reporting. Claims and Change price negotiations with service suppliers regarding non-defined LPU items.
Education: Bachelor degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications).
MBA in Project Management or similar desired.
Project Management Education or PMP certification desired.
Languages: Spanish Speaker and Fluent English is mandatory.
Wide knowledge in MN portfolio and process, especially in NI.

Ability to Work and Learn Independently.
Self-Motivator and able to lead small teams in complex objectives.
Strong presentation & communication skills, mentoring / enabling tasks.
