OBJECTIVE: Acts as a strategic partner working closely with Colombia Senior team providing advice and thought leadership. Lead the finance team to provide a wide range of analytical support to senior management to set the strategy, drive key initiatives & achieve financial results. The Country FO role is responsible for the integrity and governance of all Legal vehicles in Colombia to include the CSCs and is also the main contact for Local Regulators. This role will report directly to the Latin America North Cluster FO and support the CCO of Colombia. The individual will be part of the Country Executive Committees.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve financial goals while managing a transition to optimizing. Example activities include: budget process; expense management; balance sheet monitoring and limit setting; managing performance dialogue/reviews

  • Growth & Innovation: Build today approaches, tools, and frameworks to help the business identify and develop roadmaps for growth opportunities.

  • Key partner to Business Heads in the management of financial issues, budgeting, planning and reporting

  • Maintain strong relationships with the regulators

  • Partner with the business to achieve the strategy plan for the Country

  • Collaborate across the Finance function, the other Global functions and all of the businesses

  • Identify and advise on solutions to senior management regarding financial trends, risks, and opportunities

  • Ensure uncompromised integrity of financial results

  • Drive process improvement within Finance and lead transformation efforts: leverage the Global Analytical Centers in Mumbai and Costa Rica

  • Lead and develop a high performing team at all levels

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Accounting or Business Administration, Master's Degree preferred

  • Proven operational and financial leadership with ability to drive results

  • Financial Services experience required, preferably in a large complex organization

  • Sound Project Management experience

  • Strong analytics and strategic thinker

  • Strong partnering and influencing skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
