Role Summary:

An intern works on projects related to a particular function depending on their prior coursework and degree program.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Support in Document Management

  • Support the services team in the control of equipments shipment and delivery (inputs and outputs)

  • Calibration control of equipment

  • Support for training logistics (functional test of equipment, preparation of material and any support required)

  • Support EHS, in the maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment

  • Administration and maintenance of Services Warehouse Assets

  • Performing assignments where trust and accuracy are required

  • Execute any associated activity directly or indirectly with the occupied position, according to the requirements of you mentor

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Effective time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills

  • Dynamic, creative, analytical, organized

  • Oriented to achievement, teamwork, and leadership

Desired Characteristics:

  • At least 24 credit hours of coursework toward a bachelors/technical (or equivalent) degree in the function you are interning or a recent graduate from a Bachelors/technical program in the function you are interning

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

  • Self-Starter, proactive, able to work independently with minimal direction

  • Ability to quickly identify and prioritize issues, create solutions and meet deadlines

  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working within a globally diverse team across different time zones

  • Continuous training at EHS
