Grow with us as Retail Sales Execution Head in the Kellogg LA Team. In this position, you will be responsible for increase the profitability of our brands and gain market share in the assigned region, through the correct implementation of the commercial guidelines and the execution of action plans for each of the opportunities identified
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
In this role, you will be part of our success by:
Develop new and fresh strategies to respond to sell out client concerns and meet budget guidelines.
Communicate timely/accurate information to the sales execution team
Provide Insights and Ideas to drive category growth, in store
Develop a tracking system for execution
Review and follow-up of advances in the execution of 5Ps by RE and marketing plans monthly
Punctual follow-up will be carried out with the RECs of the territories that show variations in the progress of execution of platforms vs. the optimum.
Within the tasks of the Regional Head is to visit at least once a quarter each of the territories that make up the region, this in order to give guidance on the execution of sales floor, identify business opportunities and establish a plan of action and follow-up with each of the RECs visited.
In the same way, give coaching strengthening their good practices and minimizing the areas of opportunity, and thus develop their competences highlighting the use of the K-Power to Grow and K-Values model, in order to achieve the company's objectives.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?
As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Strong knowledge and experience in financial basics planning and reporting areas.
English proficiency: Capable of maintaining business conversations.
Strong communication skills.
Minimum 7 years of strategic sales experience in a business-to business.
Knowledge and management of financial fundamentals.
Previous experience in Account Management and demonstrated success in relationship building skills.
Knowledge and experience in managing Special Accounts
Master Degree in MBA or related field.
Experience in the consumers goods industry.
