Why this role matters
Our Senior Sales professional is a strategic professional, responsible for representing the company and selling its products, services and bespoke solutions in an assigned sector or account(s).
You shuld have a technical understanding of BT's portfolio to be able to tailor solutions to customer requirements. Also, you will stay abreast of the latest sales developments and contributes to the functional strategy by applying this within the organisation.
What you’ll be doing
Assisting in forecasting business and market needs, and may well operate on a multi-country or multi-product basis.
Establishing key customer relationships with the support of the customer contact strategy.
Understanding customer requirements and offer bespoke solutions tailored to their needs
You may have line management responsibility, or may assist in training/coaching.
We’ll also need to see these on your CV:
Graduate or relevant job experience highly desirable
Significant experience within the sales environment, in particular solutions sales.
Evidence of driving up revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Sound technical understanding of BT's products and services
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Demonstrated IT sales experience for Oil and Gas sector is preferable
