Position Title: Associate Manager, E-Commerce

Reports to: Brand Activation & Trade Marketing Manager, Colombia
The Associate Manager, E-Commerce is responsible and accountable for the merchandising, pricing, management, and sales of a certain category group or type of products within the ecommerce space. As part of achieving category goals, this Associate takes charge of the local pricing implementation, local category strategy, competitor’s analysis, POS data and overall promotion of a product category to maximize consumer appeal through the ecommerce channel.
Build and implement the country ecommerce go-to-market strategy in collaboration with the Regional ecommerce team following the global vision.
Collaborates with customers (retailers.com) and internal teams (Sales, Brand Activation and Trade Marketing/Category) for effective product assortment, e-shelf merchandising, promotions and pricing recommendations.
Responsible for the strategy, sales & growth of the DTC (Direct to Consumer) sites. In the case of Colombia www.ostercolombia.com at http://www.ostercolombia.com/ (B2C) and ostermayorista.com (B2B)
Key point of contact & owner of each country expansion project – align internal goals & lead customer joint business planning to grow the ecommerce business.
Responsible for ongoing plan optimization – scoping business opportunities for internal review as well as ensure flawless execution with the local customer partners (retailers.com & pure player such as Mercado Libre)
Partner with the regional ecommerce team to develop the immediate and ongoing content and marketing support strategy.
Conduit between local and regional team – drive best practices and maximize profitable sales
Coordinates and leads cross functional teams (finance, IT, legal, etc.) for specific ecommerce projects, like market places, special negotiations with banks, company product portals on the cyber & hot sales.
Manage the ecommerce local A&P budget: digital campaigns with key retailers.com, cyber investments, SEM, among others.
Four-year college degree, MBA Preferred.
5+ years of commercial experience.
2 – 3 years of experience in digital and ecommerce businesses
SEM campaign skills
Strong project planning, tracking & organizing skills
Takes initiative & brings impeccable follow-up skills
Strong sense of autonomy
Demonstrated problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to lead multiple activities and assignments simultaneously
Demonstrated success working in a matrix environment.
Some travel might be required.
