Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Draft, review and negotiate various contracts and agreements.
Assist with asset/ property management matters.
Prepare and coordinate corporate and regulatory filings.
Maintain corporate records.
Coordinate and implement projects to improve the internal in country legal processes of the company.
Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:
Law degree required; must be a licensed attorney.
Must have minimum of one year experience working in a law firm preferably in real estate transactions including, contracts and legal issues.
Wireless industry knowledge preferred.
Knowledge of general corporate and litigation matters strongly preferred.
Ability to travel via air and/or ground transportation as needed.
Spanish as native language, but fluent in English as well.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret legal documents and financial reports in Spanish and English.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community in Spanish and English.
Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors in Spanish and English.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts and apply those concepts in spreadsheet analysis, report generation and decision making recommendations.
Ability to apply principles of legal and logical thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret abstract and concrete ideas.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Licensed to practice law in Colombia.
