SBA Communications Real Estate Acquisition Specialist in Colombia, Colombia
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Research basic information for contacting potential sellers.
Develop and maintain favorable relationships with new and existing customers in order to increase revenue, SBA’s acquisition and investment programs.
Review and gather tenant leases, lease amendments, mortgages and other legal documents.
Prepare revenue and expense projections.
Use best judgment in negotiating a favorable price and terms that meet SBA’s investment criteria.
Serve as a liaison between landlords, surveyors and legal counselors in order to guarantee all requirements are met for the transactions.
Other duties may be assigned.
Education and/or Experience:

High School Diploma required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred.
3+ years of sales experience preferably in real estate.
Familiarity with a variety of the practices and procedures associated with Real Estate including, but not limited to, subdivision, taxes and zoning.
Ability to travel within the country.
Able to communicate in English is a plus (verbal and written).
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, area and volume.
Ability to carry out instruction furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Valid driver’s license.
