Responsible for transporting, installing, and maintaining GTECH equipment, replacement parts, tools, and other equipment in an organized and structured manner. Installation of such equipment may include Monitors or more complicated terminals or equipment.
Troubleshoot to restore malfunctioning equipment to working order in the field. This may include swapping failed equipment, cleaning and/or repairing the malfunctioning component.
Communicate effectively and efficiently with Dispatchers. Accurately report activity, arrival and departure times and problems, details, and resolutions of failures to Dispatch.
Deliver consumable parts such as paper, ribbons, bet slips, etc. and track inventory of these items.
A high school graduate or GED equivalent required.
3-5 years experience servicing equipment.
Experience with electronics and electromechanical devices required.
Squat and lift up to 50 pounds for terminal installations/repair/removal.
Strong communication and analytical skills
