The Role

• Management of analysis and reports for corporate H&B clients

• Generation of reports:

o Claims

o Comparative quotes

o Presentations (Spanish and English)

• Ensure the process in charge, in terms of quality and opportunity.

• Facilitate communication between work cells.

• Support in communication, resolution of situations with insurers and commercial team.

• Support in the compliance of the indicators.

• Contribute and stimulate improvement actions in the management of operations. Replacement Angelica Martinez

The Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field. At least, Technologist or studying a professional career.

• Proven experience in the insurance sector, at least two year.

• Windows programs knowledge.

• Skills to daily follow up area indicators.

• Excellent personal presentation.

• Team management skills.

• Mid proficiency in English (Written – Speaking).

• Mid proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to organize, prioritize and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
