  • Visit large farmers, becoming their trusted advisor by offering personalized technical support, product testing field, training and promotions

  • Plan and record the visits and activities

  • Identify and capture new business opportunities within their farmer’s crops

  • Actively participate in meetings with management area to plan their weekly visits and review their sales goals. It relies on the sales tools

  • Keep informed about new Marketing Planning Coordinator identified farmers and update information in the database farmers CRM

  • Visit department stores in the area of influence in their farmers

  • Establish a discipline in conjunction with the Strategic Partner to ensure the generation of orders on schedule.

  • Manages the business relationship between agroc ompanies and Syngenta, suggests and negotiates orders

  • Promotes and strengthens cooperation schemes at all levels between the agro compañias and Syngenta

  • Define sales plans, objectives for growth and profitability in all products integrated crop portfolio Syngenta

  • Monitor sales and profitability agro companies reviewing parallel development of action plans in cooperation with staff agro companies

  • Coordinates and implements marketing strategies for new and existing products.

  • Agronomist with specialization in soil, irrigation or cytopathology.

  • Min 1 year of experience with flowers

  • Critical Knowledge and Experience

  • Intermediate English.

  • Agriculture: cultivation practices and technology

  • Valid driver license

  • Technical knowledge in crop protection products and seeds

  • Sales experience
