Visit large farmers, becoming their trusted advisor by offering personalized technical support, product testing field, training and promotions
Plan and record the visits and activities
Identify and capture new business opportunities within their farmer’s crops
Actively participate in meetings with management area to plan their weekly visits and review their sales goals. It relies on the sales tools
Keep informed about new Marketing Planning Coordinator identified farmers and update information in the database farmers CRM
Visit department stores in the area of influence in their farmers
Establish a discipline in conjunction with the Strategic Partner to ensure the generation of orders on schedule.
Manages the business relationship between agroc ompanies and Syngenta, suggests and negotiates orders
Promotes and strengthens cooperation schemes at all levels between the agro compañias and Syngenta
Define sales plans, objectives for growth and profitability in all products integrated crop portfolio Syngenta
Monitor sales and profitability agro companies reviewing parallel development of action plans in cooperation with staff agro companies
Coordinates and implements marketing strategies for new and existing products.
Agronomist with specialization in soil, irrigation or cytopathology.
Min 1 year of experience with flowers

Valid driver license
